Two weeks: Deworm
Four weeks: Deworm. Introduce commercial puppy food moistened with water or milk
Six weeks: First puppy vaccination (DHLPPCV) and deworming. Wean pup. Offer dry or canned commercial food. Feed three times per day.

Nine weeks: Second puppy vaccination (DHLPPCV)
Ten weeks: Deworm
Three months: Third puppy vaccinations (DHLPPCV and rabies) and deworming
Four months: Deworm. Place on heartworm preventative and give at monthly intervals for life.
Six months: Spay or neuter if not intending to breed. Heat can begin this early. Begin feeding twice a day.
One Year: Feed once a day.
Year and a half: Annual vaccinations. Give yearly for life.
*Some breed may require special or different diets
